Tournament History

2007 will be our 20th year of running this tournament. Since it's inception in 1988 over $350,000 has been raised to help find the cure! Many people help make this tournament a success and we wouldn't be where we are today without the efforts of the current and past organizers:

Why we do this:

There are 2 reasons why we put this together over a beer after a shinny game all those years ago. First, as a way to get out and have some fun with our customers and suppliers trying to play the game we all love, and second, to raise money for a very worthy cause. Over the years many people have contributed on the ice and in the organizing committees. We’ve added a lot of teams from outside the industry as people have moved around. We continue to have teams from across Canada and the USA.

And those 2 main things remain the same today; we come out every year to have fun playing hockey and to support a good cause.
