Sponsorship Packages

Dear Sir/Madame:

For the past 21 years we have organized a hockey tournament in the Toronto area to raise money for The Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation of Canada (CCFC) and of course to have some fun playing the game we love. We average approximately 40 teams and last year, this event raised more than $25,000, bringing the total amount raised to $465,000 over the last 20 years!! Net proceeds from the tournament go towards funding medical research and education programs at the CCFC and bring them closer to their mission to find the cure for Crohn’s Disease and Ulcerative Colitis.

This year our tournament needs your help. We are looking for corporate sponsorships that will help reduce our increasing operating costs. We have several sponsorship programs that would allow visibility of your commitment with corporate signage throughout the weekend’s events. As in previous years the CCFC has committed to issue income tax receipts for the maximum allowable portion.

Platinum Sponsor $5,000

Advantages:

Gold Sponsor $2,500

Advantages:

  • Corporate identity on all print material, web and day-of event signage*
  • Recognized at rinks & locker rooms as referee sponsor for the event

Silver Sponsor $1,000

Advantages:

  • Recognized on print materials as print sponsor for the event

Bronze Sponsor $500

Advantages:

  • Recognized in bar as volunteer food & beverage sponsor for the event

The 21st Annual Electronics Industry Hockey Tournament is scheduled to take place April 2nd and 3rd, 2010. We are expecting teams from across Canada and several from our neighbors to the south again this year. Our participants and their families will spend the weekend having fun and playing hockey, we average 1000 to 1500 people through the facility; all could be exposed to your generosity.

We need your help.
